The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Société de développement commercial District Central is an opportunity to come together with organizations, businesses, and partners across the territory to review what has been accomplished and reflect together on what comes next.
On March 25, 2026, take part in this annual gathering — because your engagement moves our community forward.

GENERAL INFORMATION: ELECTION OF ADMINISTRATORS
The Annual General Meeting will be held on March 25, 2025. In order to facilitate the proceedings, please inform us as soon as possible of your intention to submit your candidacy for election at 514 379-3232 or at [email protected].
This year, three positions will be up for election. In order to be eligible to stand for election, you must have paid your annual membership fee for 2026. The same applies to people who intend to propose or support a candidate in the elections.
If you are unable to attend, please be sure to complete the following proxy and email it to [email protected] prior to the start of the meeting (one voter may represent only one absent member).

What is the role of an administrator at the SDC District Central?
- Must represent the collective interests of members.
- Must contribute to the SDC's mission* to the best of their ability.
- Must attend approximately ten meetings of the Board of Directors each year.
- Must be involved in the work of one or more SDC committees (e.g. Mobility, Urban Planning, Governance).
- Must take a minimum of three hours of governance training in the year following the election.
- Must plan to invest approximately 100 hours per year, depending on the level of involvement (e.g. number of committees, officers or not).
