General objective:
Working with property owners to co-develop the area, the Builders' Program aims to consolidate actions, efforts and investments to make the District Central a dynamic and attractive living environment.
Mandate for 2024 :
- Organization of a District Central real estate Forum and networking cocktail party
- Develop tools to support the transformation of properties
- Develop a new phase of shared parking facilities
- Match supply and demand in the search for commercial space in District Central
- Develop the district's appeal
- Mobilize the real estate community
