A Look Back at Apéro RH: A 3rd Edition That Was Both Enriching and Inspiring

The 3rd edition of the Apéro RH was held this year in the form of a full day of training. It brought together a diverse HR community to explore how current trends are redefining human resources management in a world where flexibility and inclusion are essential. On the programme: fascinating discussions and new perspectives on topical issues such as Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI), managing intergenerational conflict and recruitment in the digital age.
This year, the Apéro RH format was expanded to a full conference day, with breakfast and lunch, allowing participants to attend four lectures and a panel discussion. This format not only offered more time for learning, but also more networking opportunities.
Here is an overview of the day's highlights:
4 strategic levers for better generational management in companies by Catherine Légaré, PhD - President and co-founder of ELO, presented practical tools for harmonising collaboration between different generations in companies.
EDI at the heart of HR: building an inclusive environment by Daphné Kathia Rosalbert, lawyer and senior compliance advisor, and Chantal Fifatin, CHRP and HR specialist, who shared their expertise in creating inclusive work environments.
AI at the heart of recruitment: transformation and opportunities by Gerry Gomez, who explored the new opportunities that artificial intelligence is opening up in the field of recruitment.
Employer branding: shine online and at your events by Myra Kennedy, co-founder of MORE Événements, and Maude Belval, co-founder of Wavency, who discussed strategies for developing a strong employer brand.
The day concluded with an inspiring panel on HR's social responsibility, bringing together experts from various backgrounds: Philippe Gagnon from Attraction, a company proudly located in District Central, Julie Weber from Alliance Communications RH, Louis-Philip Bolduc, Vice-President of Development and Strategic Coaching at Akonovia, and Maggie Launière from I.NOV RH.
We would like to thank all the participants for their enthusiasm and for coming in such large numbers! Relive this memorable day by browsing through the photo album of the event.
