General objective:

Improve urban planning to harmonize business and community life by addressing local concerns and implementing innovative solutions.

Mandate for 2024 :

  • Draw up an action plan to develop commercial vitality
  • Develop an Ethical Economic Charter
  • Represent the business community by making recommendations on the District Central SPP - in development - on the future of the vacant lot at 50-150 de Louvain Ouest, and on other by-laws.
  • Collaborate with Université de Montréal - Landscape
  • Architecture: Graduates' project on the territory
