- Draw up an action plan to develop commercial vitality
- Develop an Ethical Economic Charter
- Represent the business community by making recommendations on the District Central SPP - in development - on the future of the vacant lot at 50-150 de Louvain Ouest, and on other by-laws.
- Collaborate with Université de Montréal - Landscape
- Architecture: Graduates' project on the territory
