Notice – 2026 Budget General Assembly

Join the members of the SDC District Central Board of Directors and its team for the Budget General Assembly (BGA) on September 29th.
As its name suggests, the main topic of discussion will be the 2026 budget. It will also be an opportunity to learn about the projects you have contributed to as businesses in District Central and to see the many developments that have been achieved thanks to the highlights presented.
With municipal elections approaching, candidates will also take the floor to share their vision for the neighbourhood.
The programme is as follows
4:00 to 5:30 p.m.: BGA
5:30 to 5:45 p.m.: Candidate speeches
5:45 to 7:00 p.m.: Networking
Agenda
1. Opening of the Assembly
2. Election of the president and the secretary of the assembly
3. Conduct of the meeting (notice of meeting and quorum)
4. Adoption of the agenda
5. Adoption of the previous BGA minutes
6. Highlights of 2025
7. Adoption of the 2026 budget
8. Question period
9. Address by candidates in the municipal election
10. Adjournment

Please note that only members who have paid their assessed dues may exercise their right to vote (registration required).
If you cannot attend: the following proxy must be completed and emailed at [email protected] before the start of the assembly (one voter can represent only one absent member).
